硅胶制品的工艺流程是如何生产加工的呢?它的制造流程以及工艺都非常复杂，必须先制作出模具才能够做出产品;一些对于硅胶制品不了解的新客户来说生产流程是有些难度，因为在加工硅胶制品、我方必须持有贵方的图纸，比如是2D图纸、或是3D图纸，同样的情况、若是没有图纸有样品也是可以由我方进行制造。

对于图纸或是样品都必须要加工的产品，这是我们两方合作的首要目标，既然必须要制作出样品，那么我们必须先做好样品模具;样品模具又称为手模，客户若提供的是样品，我们会根据样品测量尺寸;计算出某个部位的精确尺寸;客户提供了2D图纸，我们还需要自己制作出3D图纸，如果客户直接性的提供了3D图纸，这样即可按照3D图纸制造样板模具;也让整个流程更简单化，硅胶制品的样品模是不一样的开发工业，它必须经过重复制作，如有四个模口，从第一个一直做到第四个，从第一个口出来的硅胶产品尺寸是不符合，它会较大，而一直接着做下去，到了第四个模或是第三个直接会做出相差不多的尺寸，而这个时候我们也就可以找到相差不多尺寸来调节了;当然确认样品质量是最重要一环节，也是我们在日后中必须每每做好一次都确认好质量、尺寸、规格。

If the customer provides the sample, we will measure the size of the sample according to the sample and calculate the exact size of the part. Customers have provided 2D drawings, and we also need to make 3D drawings by ourselves. If the customers provide 3D drawings directly, we can make sample moulds according to the 3D drawings, and make the whole process more simple. The sample mold of the silica gel product is a different development industry. It must be reproduced, for example, four mold ports. The first one has been fourth, the size of the silicone product from the first port is not fit, it will be larger, and keep going on, to the fourth models or third directly to make the same size, and at this time we can find a little difference in size to adjust; of course, confirm the quality of the sample. It is the most important link, and we must confirm the quality, size and specifications in the future.

在样品模具和样品经过了我方的确认好之后，即可把样品寄给客户，待客户确认好样品是否按照自己给出的图纸一样、规格一样;我方和贵方才进入下一步洽谈批量生产环节。
